In 2013 We were very fortunate  to acquire Lot #173 from The Napa Valley Vinter's Barrel Auction . This is a Spectacular 2011 Howell Mountain Cabernet . The upmost care was given in producing this wine . First using 100% organically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to the Hand sorting of the berries to only extract the best of each cluster .Then these grapes were basket pressed for gentler pressure and free flow . The juice was then allowed to age in 100% French Oak . The result is pure magic and artistry . We are very proud to be able to offer this extremely limited production to you . (only 20 cases produced)
